To raise money for the citizens of West, a town just north of Waco, a Texas A&M organization will be selling kolaches. The devastation that occurred during last week’s fertilizer explosion has left citizens of the tight knit community at a loss.
Many A&M students have connections to West and felt a need to help them out in whatever way they could. “Because of the towns strong Czech heritage, I thought it would fitting to raise money by selling kolaches,” said Neil Rabroker.
The selling of kolaches will be at the MSC from 9am-3pm and have a minimum donation of $2.
